Carved Wood Damchiya Console

Carving these Damchiya consoles keeps a beautiful tradition alive. Historically, these chests were cherished keepsakes for brides in rural India, holding their most precious dowry items. Our artisans honor those time-tested techniques, carefully hand-shaping every bit of wood to ensure the spirit of the original design remains intact.
